Hello, hello. 

Let's meet for a conversation together.

I offer a free 15-minute call to talk about meeting for my supportive services: 

*Problem-solving * Loneliness * Struggling * Needing Counseling* 

If you're not sure what you need, we'll figure it out together.  

You can choose to meet by secure video or phone. Easy. 

 

We can jump in and talk briefly about what may be troubling you.  You are welcome to ask questions about my training, my approach, how therapy works "online" and of course how much my services costs and how to pay for them. 

 

We can talk about whether we'd be a good fit working together in therapy, or if you would be better served by meeting for regular check-in calls, or a few robust problem-solving conversations (consultation).  

 

If it seems a good fit - for therapy or other services- we'll wrap up by looking at our calendars to schedule an appointment. I can typically schedule our first session within a few days.

If I feel like you can be better served by a different therapist - or you seek services I do not offer- I can provide you with some referrals on the spot or by email within 24 hours.
